Shipping & Tracking

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days. For those who can’t wait, expedited options are available at checkout.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $99. For smaller orders, rates are calculated based on weight and your sanctuary's location.
Once your order is packaged and dispatched, a confirmation email will arrive with your unique tracking ID.
Orders & Purchases
Simply select your piece, choose your preferred frame or size (such as our signature 24" × 36" prints), and proceed to our secure checkout.
Immediately after purchase, you will receive a digital receipt. This serves as your proof of purchase and includes your estimated delivery date.
We move quickly to get your art to you. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered the shipping phase.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your view. If you aren't satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging.
Nature is perfect, but transit isn't always. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Once received and inspected at our studio, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
