To remain fair, transparent, and sustainable, Al-Ghayb & Co. does not offer flat or free shipping.

All shipping rates are dynamically calculated in real time at checkout. When you enter your destination address, our system connects directly with our carrier networks (including USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and DHL) to generate accurate quotes based on:

• The exact weight and physical dimensions of your package(s).
• The precise distance from our regional fulfillment points to your door.
• Real-time carrier freight conditions and selected delivery speeds.

You see the exact carrier cost before completing payment—ensuring complete transparency with zero hidden surcharges.

2. Multi-Item Orders & Split Shipments

Because our catalog unites distinct crafts, orders containing both custom home accents and botanical/mineral treasures ship in separate parcels from dedicated fulfillment points:

• Artisan Wall Art, Textiles & Home Accents: Handcrafted, printed, sewn, or poured on demand via our specialized studios across the USA, Canada, and Europe.
• Botanicals, Herbs, Crystals & Zen Artifacts: Mindfully inspected, cleansed, and dispatched directly from our Massachusetts botanical warehouse (Belchertown, MA) via insured carrier parcel services.

Please Note: If your order contains items from both categories, you will receive separate carrier tracking numbers for each package. Your checkout total cleanly combines the exact postage required for each parcel so that framed glass, soft textiles, delicate candles, and earthy specimens travel in secure, purpose-designed packaging.

3. Fulfillment, Processing & Production Times

Please note that production and processing time is strictly separate from carrier transit time. Every on-demand item is custom-crafted upon order confirmation to eliminate excess waste.

Orders placed over weekends or regional statutory holidays begin processing the following business day.

4. Worldwide Shipping Options & Carrier Transit Speeds

We proudly ship to serene sanctuaries worldwide. Once fulfillment is complete and your parcel is handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery speeds are as follows:

United States & Canada

• Standard with Carbon Offsetting: 3–4 business days after fulfillment (mindful, low-impact delivery)
• Standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – Canada only): 3–5 business days (up to 12 business days to Atlantic and remote regions)
• Express Priority: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

Europe & United Kingdom

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

The moment any parcel leaves our fulfillment centers, an automated dispatch notification containing your direct carrier tracking link is sent to your email.

• Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for carrier facilities to register their initial intake scan.
• For split orders, unique tracking links arrive in separate confirmation emails as each parcel leaves its respective facility.

6. Customs, Duties & International Import Taxes

We ship worldwide to elevate sacred spaces across every border:

• Standard Shipments: Orders delivered outside the origin country may be subject to local import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees assessed by regional border authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• DDP Shipments (Where Available): Choosing a Standard DDP option at checkout (available for Canada and the UK) allows duties and taxes to be settled upfront during checkout for immediate doorstep delivery without customs holds.
• Al-Ghayb & Co. is not liable for border inspection delays beyond standard transit schedules.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments

We take great care to ensure your fragile prints, candle glass, delicate textiles, and gemstone specimens arrive pristine. In the rare event of transit damage:

1. Reach Out: Email support@al-ghayb.com within 7 days of carrier-marked delivery.
2. Include Details: Share your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item along with the exterior shipping box and carrier label.
3. Prompt Resolution: Following verification, we will immediately initiate an expedited replacement at no cost to you or issue a complete refund back to your original payment method.

If tracking updates cease or a parcel exceeds standard delivery timelines, notify us promptly so we can initiate a formal carrier investigation.
