Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you experience any issues, you can return the item for a repair, replacement, credit, or refund—subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility:

  • All items are eligible for return.
  • Returns must meet the conditions listed in the Refund Eligibility section.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags (if applicable).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note:
Items that are used, damaged, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund using the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to delay refunds until returned items have been received and verified by our team.


Exchange or Store Credit

If you prefer, we can also issue store credit or a gift card instead of a refund, or exchange the item for another product.
